It seemed like a good idea

 WRITING PROMPT: Regret 

A few sad memories have surfaced with this writing prompt, I've been unsure of where to go with it. But tonight,  I know what I regret... joining the PTA. 

Since I'm a stay-at-home Mom again, it just felt like the natural next step. But here I find myself, 10:30 at night in a sea of green butcher paper,  cutting out leaves for the parent/teacher conferences happening tomorrow. This stress has nothing to do with the unfortunate mixture of my well-honed procrastination skills and hormones... 

I blame the organization.
